We exist to make preventive heart health support more accessible.
The Heart Health Access Foundation is a charitable nonprofit created to help people and communities facing financial, geographic, technology, or education barriers to better heart health.
Our purpose
Many people want to take better care of their heart health, but lack the tools, education, support, or access needed to get started.
Our work focuses on practical support: education, prevention, screening, home monitoring resources, care navigation, and partnerships with community organizations that serve people who may otherwise be left behind.
Heart Health Access Foundation Inc. is incorporated in California and recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity. The foundation's mission is to expand access to heart health education, prevention, screening, monitoring, and support for underserved communities.
